I can't recommend Eliza highly enough. From the very beginning of my pregnancy, she made me feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Eliza took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and gave me the confidence to trust my body and the natural birth process.

Her kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support made such a difference throughout my pregnancy. Everything she taught me helped me prepare mentally and physically, and because of her guidance, I was able to achieve the birth I had always dreamed of.

Most importantly, during those early postpartumdays, I honestly don't know what I would have done without Eliza being a phone call away. Whether I needed advice about caring for my newborn, reassurance that what I was feeling was normal, or support in navigating my own emotions, she was always there with compassion and without judgment.

Eliza came over after I gave birth with breakfast and a much needed coffee. She listened while I debriefed about my birth, folded all my washing and brought me some home cooked nutritious Meals (best chicken pilaf I’ve ever had). 

I can confidently say I am the mother I am today because of Eliza :)
